Bhunel (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates an India-focused dropshipping platform connecting suppliers and dropshippers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our platform, website, and Shopify application.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

Name, email, phone, business name, GST details, bank/payout details.

Shopify Store Data

When you connect your Shopify store, we access products, orders (including customer name, email, and shipping address), and fulfillment data — solely to sync orders and push products on your behalf. We access this data using Shopify’s OAuth permissions (read_orders, read_products, write_products) which you grant during installation.

Automatically Collected

IP address, browser type, device info, usage logs, cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Account registration and verification
• Order synchronization and fulfillment
• Product import and catalog management
• Payment processing and payouts
• Customer support and dispute resolution
• Fraud prevention and security
• Platform analytics and improvements
• Marketing communications (you may opt out any time)

4. Sharing of Information

We share information only with trusted partners required to operate our service:

• Logistics and shipping providers (for order fulfillment)
• Payment gateway providers
• Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
• Analytics and communication tools
• Government authorities when legally required

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

5. Shopify Merchant Data

Our Shopify app accesses your store data only to provide the dropshipping service. We comply with Shopify’s Partner Program requirements, including mandatory GDPR webhooks:

• Customer data requests — we retrieve and forward your customer’s data to you within 30 days
• Customer data erasure — we anonymize customer PII from our records upon request
• Shop data erasure — we anonymize all shop data within 30 days of app uninstall

When you uninstall the Bhunel app, your store access token is immediately revoked and your store is deactivated in our system.

6. Your Rights

Subject to applicable laws (including GDPR for EU users), you may:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (processed within 30 days)
• Withdraw consent and opt out of marketing
• Data portability where applicable

7. Data Retention & Security

We retain your data as long as your account is active or as required by law. Upon account deletion, personal data is anonymized within 30 days. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures. We do not store card or banking credential data on our servers — all payments go through certified third-party gateways.

We use cookies for session management, analytics, and performance. You may disable cookies in your browser settings; some features may not function correctly.

This policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
